Binding Up To 400 Sheets
Using an extremely economical heat sensitive adhesive (HOTMELT), MUHLEN TCM 97 model can easily bind 10~400 (up to 40mm) sheets (80gr) A4 and smaller documents. The model, which allows the user to adjust the density of glue, thanks to the glue pressure and spinning settings, is produced entirely of steel body and parts.
320mm Binding Hopper
The model, which can glue A4 and smaller documents, has a fencing chamber length of 320mm. Temperature setting between 100~180°C, pressure value and printing time are specified in the table shown in the user manual, according to the number of pages. The model, which displays the current and targeted temperature on the digital screen, warns the user by giving a long “BIPP” sound, as well as a green icon appearing on the screen when the targeted temperature is reached.
Temperature, Pressure and Time Setting
Appropriate settings are specified in the user manual according to the number of binding pages to be made by the user. These settings are temperature, glue pressure and pressing time. In this way, the machine reaches a unique binding level in terms of both visual and durability. Apart from this, up to 200 binding processes can be made per hour with the machine, which is extremely fast.
Smart LCD Display
Extremely user-friendly setting panel and LCD screen warns the user in any situation. The model, which has been specially developed for heavy-duty and intensive use, can be used comfortably all day long. In addition to displaying the current temperature and the set target temperature on the LCD screen, it also warns the user by giving a long “BIPP” sound with the green icon appearing on the screen when the target temperature is reached.
