Hot/Cold Lamination
MÜHLEN 65 Iron 650-A1 model also has the feature of making hot and cold lamination, and the first warm-up time for hot lamination is between 3~5 minutes. The model with A1 size 650mm inlet can cover a single A1 size film if the user wishes, while the user can laminate many small films at the same time on this machine.
User Speed and Temperature Setting
From the digital and LED display panel, the user can choose any of 9 different speed levels, 600~1600mm/min. MÜHLEN Iron 650-A1 model, as well as the model with 000~199° sensitive temperature thermostat, achieves sufficient warm-up time in just 3~5 minutes. However, it comes with a Turkish diagram showing which micron provides high efficiency at which temperature.
75~300 Micron Film Thickness
MÜHLEN Iron 650-A1 model, which has a lamination film coating between 75~300 (x2) microns in addition to hot/cold film coating, is our largest and most powerful model made of a completely metal body. Thanks to the sensitive heat thermostat, the model reaches the set temperature in 3~5 minutes, and thanks to the fan system, the films get cold out of the machine.
Bright, Sharp and Strong Coating
It covers extremely bright, smooth and strong films thanks to its specially made 44mm diameter 4 rollers. The model, which has an incredible speed of 1600mm per minute, does not burn or stick the films thanks to its crystal heating system. At the same time, the model, which covers an extremely strong film, maintains water tightness for many years and prevents opening.
