75~250 Micron PVC Coating
The MUHLEN Iron 640P-A3 model, which has a perfectly glossy and powerful lamination coating power at a speed of 1500mm per minute, can produce all lamination films between 75~250 microns (x2) with automatic selection (sensitive temperature and speed sensors) for users who want manual selection. It adjusts the temperature and speed level itself.
Awesome User Panel
The temperature, speed and other settings of the model, which has sensitive touch screen keys, can be made easily by the user, and the user can choose automatic settings from the same panel. Apart from this, while information such as speed, target temperature, current temperature, hot/cold lamination, forward/backward direction, film thickness, standby mode is displayed on the large LCD screen, the lamination can be canceled and the film can be retrieved with the help of the red button just below the panel.
6 Cylinders / Continuous Use
The diameter of 6 internally heated quartz cylinder systems, patented by our company, is 29mm. This system provides high precision, glossy, strong and fast lamination films all day long. In addition to the automatic jam prevention system, it has an easy-to-open latch system for cleaning the dust accumulated on the rollers over time.
Internal Heating & Stay Mode
The model with internally heated cylinder structure has automatic standby mode for low energy consumption and high performance. When the model is not used for half an hour, it automatically puts itself on hold. The model, which has the power to destroy documents with a maximum thickness of 1.5mm (15 sheets), has a 330mm document feeder mouth.
