Thanks to its 53 free-pin system, the model lets users punch holes at whatever spacing they need. This means that regardless of the material being bound, documents gain a neater and more elegant appearance through the pin spacing appropriate to the binding style. Another feature of this system is that the pins forming the half-holes at the document corners can be removed, eliminating the resulting half-moon shape.
