Through the contact, dealership, human resources, service request and job application forms on our website we may collect your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, company details, the content of your request or complaint, your CV and any additional information you provide. For technical reasons, your IP address, browser information and cookie data may also be collected automatically.
Your personal data is processed in order to respond to your requests, deliver our products and services, carry out after-sales support and warranty processes, evaluate dealership applications, manage job applications, fulfil legal obligations and inform you about campaigns and announcements.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK — mirroring the rights granted by the EU GDPR — you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to be informed about the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to object to the processing, and to claim compensation for any damage suffered.
