The MÜHLEN Iron 640P-A3 model, which has the ability to coat A3 and smaller (A3, A4, A5, A6, A7) lamination films, coats lamination films in perfect quality and gloss in a single pass. The model, which has a precise heat thermostat, can coat either one large sheet or several small PVC films at once, as desired by the user.
Cold/
Thanks to the digital heat adjustment and the accompanying precise thermostat of the model, which features both hot and cold PVC lamination coating, the temperature can be easily adjusted between 0~160°. In addition, if desired, the user can select from the menu for different thicknesses (Cold-75-100-125-150-175-200-250 Micron), and the machine automatically determines the heat and speed settings on its own.

Manual selection is available for users who prefer it, while for users who prefer automatic selection, the heat and speed level is set automatically via precise heat and speed sensors.
Excellent User Panel
The model, which has precise touchscreen buttons, allows the user to easily adjust heat, speed and other settings, while users who prefer can also select automatic settings from the same panel. In addition, the wide LCD screen displays information such as speed, target heat, current heat, hot/cold lamination, forward/reverse direction, film thickness and standby mode, and lamination can be cancelled and the film retracted with the help of the red button just below the panel.

The model, which has an internally heated cylinder structure, features an automatic standby mode for low energy consumption and high performance. The model automatically switches itself into standby mode when not used for half an hour.
