Up to 10 Sheets and Confetti Cut in One Pass
Capable of shredding up to 10 sheets at once with a cross-cut/confetti cutting system, this model shreds documents into 4×35 mm pieces. The MÜHLEN Eko 15-Lt/C is unaffected by hard materials such as staples and can easily destroy any type of document.
Auto-Protection System
The automatic protection system, developed to prevent the motor from overheating after long, uninterrupted operation, allows the motor to work without damage for many years. If the motor overheats, the machine switches to standby mode and waits for the motor to cool down. It also works in conjunction with an LED warning system to alert the user when necessary.
Dual Feed Slot for Documents and Media
In addition to the 220mm-wide document feed slot, there is a separate 120mm-wide feed slot for shredding media such as CDs/DVDs. The Mühlen Eko15-Lt/C paper shredder also has a pull-out waste bin, with CD/DVD fragments collected in a separate waste bin.
Enhanced Warning Lights
Thanks to the improved LED light system, the machine warns the user and stops the motor when it is active or when the motor is overheating. Once the motor has cooled down, the motor protection system deactivates and shredding continues. Motor protection is generally activated after more than 6 minutes of continuous document shredding.
Automatic Jam Prevention
Designed to protect the machine's system, the "Fast-Pause" technology automatically stops the machine if more than 10 sheets of paper are inserted at once. If the specified paper limit is exceeded, our model automatically stops and warns the user, pulling the sliding switch to the rewind point to allow jammed documents to be removed easily.
Fast and Functional
With an average shredding speed of 2.22 meters per minute, or in other words 170 documents per minute, this model can operate automatically or rewind forward-backward thanks to its functional switch. It also has 4 wheels for easy transport within the office.
